ABOUT THE VILLA

We offer four rooms total, two rooms with one queen size bed in each room, and two rooms with two single beds. The queen bed rooms each can connect to one room with two double beds. This means that the queen bed in room 1 connects to two singles in room 2; and the queen bed in room 6 connects to two singles in room 5.
We are dog-friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend, no need to ask in advance but you will need to bring your dog's vaccination records. We are sorry, but dogs are the only pets we can accommodate.
We are currently in our soft-launch phase. This means that some things may not be ready quite yet. For example, rooms do not yet have televisions (but we have great Wi-Fi if you bring your own device). The landscaping is still being worked on, although the grounds are still quite lovely. Rest assured, we will do our best to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. And we welcome your feedback as to how to make our offering even better for your next stay!

ABOUT THE ROOMS & POOL AREA

All bookings include a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast for all guests.
Each room measures approx. 16 square meters.
Each room has its own powerful, brand new, high-efficiency air conditioning/heating/dehumidifier unit, as well as a tea kettle, hair dryer, and a new large refrigerator.
All mattresses and pillows are new.
Excellent high-speed and free Wi-Fi is accessible in all guest rooms and the pool area.
Rooms are not equipped with televisions but you can stream popular video services using Wi-Fi.
There is always something we are working on at the villa. Right now, we are working on the landscaping. Soon we will paint the guest rooms. Don't worry, you won't have to put up with the sound of work tools or loud equipment. We do our work when guests are not there.
Each room has its own walk-in bathroom with shower with anti-slip mats.
There is plenty of hot water at all times.
All bedrooms open onto the patio with direct pool access, and all rooms have mountain views.
The pool is heated during the summer. The pool remains uncovered in the winter if you like a cold swim.
We have reliable 4G cellular service that serves the Villa area (note that some surrounding areas do not have cellular signals).
There is a toaster oven and a microwave in the pool kitchen area for guest use.

The 10% Spanish lodging tax is included in the nightly room rate.
